Overview of the seminar
Starting with a review of the relevant musculature and the various positions of the pelvis, lumbar spine and hips, this seminar introduces many of the muscle function and muscle length assessments that provide valuable information when devising an exercise programme. Commonly encountered muscle imbalances, corrective exercise drills, accepted best practice and overall exercise strategies are all discussed.
This is an excellent opportunity for any instructor looking to develop their knowledge in this area.
