The properties, sources and effects upon health of each type of fat are covered, together with the current UK intake and recommendations. Most importantly, guidance is given on how to best communication the current guidelines.

Attending this seminar can achieve 3 cpd points. There is an informal multiple choice assessment on completion.

Pre-requisites

Seminar attendance is suitable for Level 2 instructors, or above, as recognised by the Register of Exercise Professionals.

Those who are not members of the Register of Exercise Professionals are also welcome to attend.
