Intelligent Fitness™ training is recognised as continued professional development by the UK’s Register of Exercise Professionals and STOTT PILATES®.
We also work with other reputable organisations, such as the Foods Standards Agency, to ensure that our training is the very best available.
The Register of Exercise Professionals
Intelligent Fitness has been awarded an Approved Trainers Licence by the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs), enabling all Intelligent Fitness training to earn continuous professional development (cpd) points:

STOTT PILATES
It is possible to earn 0.2 STOTT PILATES CEC’s in any year, from Intelligent Fitness seminars or courses. There is some paperwork to submit:
Take an anatomy, biomechanics, exercise physiology or other exercise science course or workshop. If this is a non-STOTT PILATES course it must be petitioned. A maximum of 0.2 CECs can be earned this way. The petition fee is US $10 / $13 CDN. Approximately £8.
Food Standards Agency
Our Essential Nutrition course has been approved by experts from the UK’s Food Standards Agency (FSA). This unique engagement ensures that the content contains both the current consensus and the official guidance surrounding the communication of nutritional messages.
