Andy Comley

Andy has worked in fitness for over 20 years, and holds qualifications in the science and management of health and fitness, sports injury rehabilitation, weight training, and sports science. His lifelong interest and study of Eastern philosophy and meditation along with nearly 30 years practising karate have informed his mindful approach to exercise. Andy's approach enables individuals to understand themselves better through movement, flexibility, meditation and exercise.

Anne McCluskey

Anne has a wealth of relevant knowledge with a degree in Biological Anthropology from Cambridge and a Masters in Human Nutrition (specialising in Sports Nutrition). Following her experience within the food industry, presenting training courses and private consultancy, Anne has been instrumental in creating the most relevant and practical approach to nutrition available.

David Wells

In 1996 David qualified as a personal trainer. Within a few years his vision for a better standard of exercise prescription led to the creation of Intelligent Fitness. As Intelligent Fitness has evolved to provide instructor training, David has remained true to his early principles and will not be swayed by the misapplied science or marketing hype that are sadly common place within the industry.

David's uncompromising approach to professional 'health' and fitness has been acknowledged by the Open University for whom he works as a
consultant.

Seona Gunn

Seona is a graduate of the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic. Prior to training as a chiropractor she was a personal trainer as well as a remedial and sports massage therapist. Within her current Chiropractic role she is highly effective at helping individuals balance the structure of their bodies; improving their health through optimal function.

Seona's prior experience as a personal trainer enables her to relate her extensive knowledge and skills to the role of those prescribing exercise; be it for rehabilitation, health or performance.
