"We are not interested in simply issuing points and certificates - our aim is truly professional development"
Unrivalled Quality Assurance
We have a range of measures in place to ensure that all Intelligent Fitness™ training achieves the desired outcomes.
Robust, fit for purpose assessments are an essential component of any professional education. ‘Fit for purpose’ in this context is defined as the assessment of the necessary learning outcomes. Consequently, the type and format of assessment may vary depending upon the topic and the aims of the training:
On completion of each of our seminars, there is a short, informal, multiple choice exam. This assessment seeks to ensure that key points from the seminar have been understood.
Throughout each of our courses, the involvement of attendees in the learning process is monitored and recorded. On completion there is a comprehensive multiple choice exam that requires a pass mark of 75%.
Whenever a course aims to impart practical skills, there must be thorough practical assessment and a case study submission. This practical/case study component is essential if attendees are to return to work with new skills and a guarantee of competence.
Following a period of self-study, there is a comprehensive, multiple choice exam to take. This theory assessment ensures that knowledge has been absorbed and understood. The assessments can be completed at test centres in virtually every UK town. A pass mark of 75% must be achieved.
Following 3 consecutive editions of INFORM, there is a short multiple choice exam. This informal assessment seeks to ensure that key points from articles have been read and understood.
